Please note that warranty claims can only be processed if you provide an exact description of the fault and the serial number of the defective device in the form.

Note Warranty Condition: All fields must be filled in. One form per complaint/unit. Without a description of the fault - please send photos if possible - no rapid processing can be guaranteed. ASP GmbH grants a 24-month guarantee on parts from the date of purchase invoice, with the exception of wear items such as batteries and parts already subject to a 12-month guarantee. Warranty claims can only be made on presentation of the original invoice. If no sales invoice is submitted, the date of the invoice from ASP GmbH shall be used to determine the warranty period. All parts are always sent with an invoice. If the defective parts are returned and a warranty claim is established, a credit note will be issued. If no return is made within 4 weeks (EU 8 weeks), a credit note is excluded and the full invoice amount is due.
