Make care work easier and save money
Only satisfied, healthy and motivated staff can support a patient’s healing and offer them safety. That is why we have made it our task to make everyday nursing work in short and long-term care, in hospitals, hospices, rehabilitation facilities as well as in home care easier in the long term. Mobilising, transferring and lifting bedridden patients is part of the everyday work of nursing staff. These tasks are physically very strenuous and time-consuming. In addition, the situation is sometimes unpleasant for both nurse and patient. That is why we asked ourselves the following question:
Making nursing work easier with MOTIONCARE® products
The MOTIONCARE® product lines LIANA and NOAH ensure that the comfortable lifting and moving of people with physical limitations is easy and safe. Our products enable the mobilisation of patients directly on and/or at the bed. Little space is needed for this. The task is done safely and quickly for both the caregiver and patient.
More time for your patients
According to a recent time study, the sitting mobilisation of a patient takes an average of 80 minutes and is very strenuous for the caregivers. According to the BWG study, 2 out of 3 caregivers suffer from back problems and are absent due to illness for an average of 21 days per year. All this has a negative impact on the care of the people entrusted to your care. By using LIANA and NOAH, seat mobilisation takes an average of 29 minutes and can be done by caregivers without physical effort. Safe and early mobilisation in the intensive care unit shortens the patient’s length of stay. The quality of life of the patient is improved.
